Packages
Photo Package - $325
Captivating interior, exterior, and aerial photos of your listing. Also included is an advanced floor plan, providing a detailed layout, room dimensions, and fixed furniture at a glance!
Video Package - $650
Comprehensive package offering an immersive video tour on top of the Photo Package. Agent introduction and custom branding (e.g. logo, headshot, contact info) may be included at no extra cost. A vertical version optimized for social media usage may be requested as a replacement for the traditional widescreen version, or as an addition for $50. Descriptive lower thirds text may be added throughout the video for $50 to provide additional insight!
A standalone video tour can be ordered for $400 if photos and a floor plan are not needed.

Social Media Reel - $100
A short video highlighting key areas of a home. Created using the best photos, dynamic transitions, upbeat music, and optimized for social media. Typically around 30 seconds long. Excellent for showing a sneak peak of your listing before it hits the market!
Virtual staging - $30/photo
Enhance your property's appeal by virtually furnishing vacant spaces, allowing buyers to envision its full potential.
Zillow 3D Home Tour - $200+
Impress potential buyers with a 360 tour! This virtual open house allows viewers to explore properties as if they are experiencing them in person. Pricing is based on property square footage, starting at $200 for up to 2000 sq ft and increasing $0.10/sq ft.
Twilight photography - $250
Capture the enchanting ambiance of your property by highlighting the warm glow of the evening's light and set your listing apart! Unlike "virtual" twilight photos, I will return to the property near sunset to shoot your home during a real twilight!
Aerial Lot Photos - $150
There's no better way to sell land than with aerial photos! Up to 10 shots taken from a variety of angles and altitudes, with property lines to show potential buyers the area covered.
Floor Plan - $100
Don't need photos but still want a floor plan showing square footage, fixed furniture, room sizes, and overall layout with custom labels? Order a floor plan! Upgrade to a 3D floor plan to add extra dimension to your marketing.
Ultimate Showcase - $1000
For those special homes that deserve extra! An evolution of the video package, Ultimate Showcase introduces significantly more detail across the photos and video tour. Beyond just delivering more photos and a longer video tour, this package involves the use of additional high-end equipment to fully capture a home's personality, as well as more time spent photographing in and around the home. Elements not typically shown in regular listings, such as detail shots of custom kitchen cabinetry, architectural angles of a family room redesign, or nearby walking trails, take center stage and assist in telling a home's story to potential buyers. Any charges for return trips and travel are waived!
If a video tour is not need, a photo-only version of the Ultimate Showcase package may be chosen for $700.
Architectural Photography
If you are an architect, interior designer, builder, stager, or a real estate agent looking for higher end photography, this is for you. Where real estate photography generally aims to show as much of a space as possible, architectural photography is more about communicating mood and atmosphere, focusing on the choices that went into designing a space. This involves a greater emphasis on elements such as photo composition, staging, lighting, and post processing.
Pricing is based on a flat creative fee plus a per image licensing fee and covers website and social media usage. Additional licensing for print may be added, as well as other services such as video and virtual staging. Reach out to learn more and discuss your project!
